Shipping and Reporting Damage

Shipping

Each Puddle Piece is handcrafted and made to order.

Please allow 4-6 weeks for product to be made before shipment.  The delicate nature of mirrors, leadtimes are approximate.

Puddle pieces is not responsible for any damages caused to order or customer during shipping or pick-ups.

All orders are inspected prior to shipping, pickup, and drop offs. Puddle Pieces is not responsible for any damages or malfunctions after shipping, pickup, and drop offs as all products are inspected prior. 

We take great care when packaging each order. All orders receive custom fitted foam packaging to ensure a snug and safe delivery. 

Damage Courtesy

Should the mirror arrive damaged, we provide a replacement mirror free of charge as a curtesy. Please follow the below instructions to start the process for your replacement mirror. 

Reporting

Please report damaged items within 10 days of package delivery.

Provide Images of the of the following:

    • Damaged Item
    • Shipping label and damage indicator sticker on box
    • All 6 sides of the container 
    • Inner packaging and how it fit in the box
    • Damaged item inside the inner packaging 

    Note: Most carriers require that the customer not discard box, mirror, and shipping items during the claim process.
