Terms of Sale, Lead Time and Shipping Warranty

 

Terms of sale:

  • All sales are final and are not eligible for exchanges, refunds, or cancellations.

Imperfections:

  • Puddle pieces are designed and fabricated by moi. Due to the nature of my manufacturing process, small imperfections and variations may occur.


Image sharing, reposting, and ads:

  • I love when happy customers share images featuring their pieces on social media! Tag us in the picture and we will make sure to follow you and repost. I also do ads on social media that may feature your picture from my feed (please let me know if you would like to be kept out of any ads).

Shipping Warranty/Damage:
  • I do my very best to pack orders in the safest and most economical way possible. Should the mirror arrive broken, follow the instructions provided in the package to start the process for your replacement mirror. Please contact me immediately in order for me to help. Otherwise I will not be able to help you.
  • Damaged items must be reported within 10 days of package delivery.

Note: Most carriers require that the customer not discard box, mirror, and shipping items during the claim process. 

  • Puddle pieces is not responsible for any damages caused to mirror or customer during shipping.

Sizing:

  • All dimensions listed are approximate. 

Lead time:

  • All items have an approximate 4-6 week lead time but that can vary depending on material shortages and unexpected circumstances that life brings. I try to have orders over to you as soon as possible but mirrors are difficult to work with and I need time to deliver a great puddle piece!
  • Please remember that this is my art and my passion. I am dedicated to make you not only an excellent product, but your new heirloom. 

Updates:

  • Im a one man show running and making everything. Unfortunately that means I am spread out really thin among all the tasks necessary to run Puddle Pieces. Although I am working on ways to provide updates automatically, I am not there yet. So please feel free to request an update and I will respond as soon as I can. 

Pick Up Orders:

  • Pick up orders must be picked up within 2 weeks of notification being sent. Orders held for longer can be subject to reselling.
